Returns
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges from purchases that have been opened (original packaging opened) or used.
All unopened items purchased from Stoftstretchesco are eligible for a return and refund for up to 7 days after you have received your item. After the 7 Day period there will be no returns, refunds or exchanges allowed.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if original item is not received in original condition and original unopened packaging.
All sale items and international orders are final
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Afterpay Payments, Processing & Refund Policy
Afterpay Orders
Afterpay orders require additional processing time:
- Orders are processed within 5–6 business days.
- Once processed, orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
- Please allow the full processing and fulfillment timeframe before contacting us regarding your order.
Refunds & Restocking Fee
If a refund is approved, a 8.08% non-refundable restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The 8.08% restocking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the payment method used, including Afterpay.
By placing an order using Afterpay, you acknowledge and agree to the processing, fulfillment, refund, and restocking fee terms outlined above.
Afterpay refunds typically take 3 to 10 business days to fully reflect in your bank account or original payment card once the merchant has processed the return. Merchant processing can take a few hours or up to 5 days.
